This thai shrimp salad is tangy, spicy and amazingly delicious. Shrimp, bell pepper, cucumber and herbs are tossed with a spicy thai dressing in this colorful salad. Toss in soybeans and almonds. I'm probably completely biased, but i think that asian salads are the best in the world.
